Kalil opened a Cafe in Newbury Park, California in the year 2000. He introduced diners to freshly prepared, Halal Mediterranean dishes made from scratch. The restaurant grew in popularity along with the growth in its quality. All thanks to Kalil’s dedication his deep love for flavorful recipe and the enthralling support of his trusted kitchen partner Danilo Lopez.
